THE KENDI is a multigeneration apartment; which intentionally to accommodate all under one roof with a comfortable and flexible living style. The concept of THE KENDI is to allow flexibility to accommodate more people in a unit. Each unit is a dual key,  double-story apartment to let additional members into the apartment with a proper level of privacy. The tenant also has the option to rent out the spaces if there any extra.
