THE KAMPI is an affordable walk-up apartment that has a maximum of the 4-story buildings. The main criteria in designing this apartment are to solve the existing issues that are happening in most affordable housing especially in helping the resident to have a safe housing area and to generate extra income to improve their life. The Kampi is designed with 'Market Street' in between two blocks of the apartment to work as a plaza so that the tenant can have their small business there. The Street Market is also very well connected to the public amenities such as food court and wet market so that the public can access it easily.
